Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Moringa powder or 50ml Moringa Juice Extract
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup plain yogurt (optional for a creamier texture)
Ice lolly moulds
Instructions:
Prepare the Berries:
Wash and hull the strawberries.
In a blender, combine the mixed berries and banana.
Blend the Berry Base:
Blend the berries and banana until you achieve a smooth puree.
Moringa Magic:
Add the Moringa to the berry-banana puree.
Blend again until the Moringa is evenly distributed.
Sweeten the Mix:
Add honey or maple syrup to the mixture, adjusting the sweetness to your liking.
Blend once more to incorporate the sweetener.
Add Coconut Water (and Yogurt, if using):
Pour in the coconut water, and if you prefer a creamier texture, add the plain yogurt.
Blend until the mixture is well combined and has a smooth consistency.
Fill the Moulds:
Pour the Moringa-berry mixture into the ice lolly moulds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
If your moulds have sticks, insert them into the centre of each lolly.
Freeze Overnight:
Place the filled moulds in the freezer and let them freeze overnight, or for at least 6-8 hours.
Unmould and Enjoy:
Once fully frozen, remove the moulds from the freezer.
To release the ice lollies, run the moulds briefly under warm water.
