How to take Moringa supplements?

Moringa Powder
Take at least 5g (1 heaped teaspoon) of powder per day. The dose can be halved for maintenance, if preferred. Please note that the taste of Moringa powder is unpleasant, so it is not advisable to just stir it into water. It is best added to a smoothie, or food like stew, soup, and porridge. It also works well in dips like guacamole and can be used as a dry ingredient in baked goods such as muffins and brownies.

Moringa Capsules:
The optimal dose for capsules is 10-12 per day as treatment, and 4-10 for maintenance. The capsules can be taken at any time of the day, but always with a meal.

Moringa Juice Extract
Drink 20ml of juice extract (a tot glass full) per day. Drink it on its own or mix it with water or juice. It can be taken at any time of the day, with or without a meal. Keep it in the fridge after opening and always shake well before use. The dose can be reduced to a tablespoon per day for maintenance.
