Ingredients:

50ml Moringa Leaf Juice Extract or 2 tsp Moringa powder (adjust to taste)
4 cups water
4 green tea bags
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to sweetness preference)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Brew the Green Tea:
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Place the green tea bags in a heatproof pitcher.
Pour the hot water over the tea bags.
Allow the tea to steep for 3-4 minutes, or according to the recommended steeping time on the tea bags.

Infuse with Moringa Magic:
After steeping, remove the tea bags from the pitcher. Let the tea cool down.
Stir in the Moringa extract or powder. Adjust the amount based on your desired strength and taste.

Sweeten the Pot:
Add honey or agave syrup to the tea, stirring until it’s completely dissolved.
Taste the tea and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

Minty Freshness:
Toss in torn fresh mint leaves into the pitcher.
Stir gently to incorporate the mint flavour into the tea.

Chill Out:
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. For a quicker chill, you can place it in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.

Serve on the Rocks:
Fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the chilled Moringa mint iced tea over the ice.

Garnish and Enjoy:
Optionally, garnish each glass with a slice of lemon for a citrusy kick.
Stir gently before sipping, ensuring the Moringa is evenly distributed.
